There is one thing I know to be true. You cannot sit still and ask for change to happen. You must get up, you must engage in the process and you must become the person who can hold the outcome in your hands.
This process of change requires three things:

CLARITY IN THE ASK
You must be crystal clear on what you’re asking for and what you want to see in your life. It’s a feeling. It’s a vision. And it’s an energy. You must ask for what you want.

BECOME THE PERSON
You must identify the behaviours and mindset of the person with that outcome and practice being the person who embodies these things. You must think and act like the version of you that has the result.

PERSISTENT ACTION, IN GOOD FAITH
You must commit to the one true action that will bring about the change. You must take action in good faith until the result shows.
We might know these things but doing them consistently is another matter! Sometimes, we just need a little reminder. Sometimes, we just need a little hope. Sometimes, we just need a kick in the right direction.
